As a delivery driver at ICA, you will have a varied and active workday. You will deliver grocery bags to our customers in Kungälv, Gothenburg, and Kungsbacka and surrounding areas. You will be booked for shifts in several areas (Torslanda, Högsbo, Gothenburg, Kungälv, and Kungsbacka) starting from ICA Maxi stores, so flexibility is important. The role involves not only driving – you will also handle loading and unloading, making this job perfect for you who enjoy physical activity and being on the move.

Sometimes you will work independently and sometimes together with colleagues, so flexibility and teamwork skills are essential. We value good communication skills as you will have daily contact with both customers and colleagues.

The working hours are Monday to Friday, starting as early as 10:50 and ending no later than 21:10, with some variation in start and end times.

We are looking for someone who is responsible and organized. You have a good sense of direction in Gothenburg and are comfortable using GPS. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and know that satisfied customers are the key to success. Your positive attitude rubs off on both customers and colleagues, and you are not afraid to pitch in when needed.

For us, quality and service are everything, so we want you to be meticulous, service-oriented, and have an eye for detail.

Requirements:

- B driver's license for at least 2 years.

- High level of service.

- Good computer skills.

- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.

- Good physical ability. Meritorious:

- Previous experience in delivery driving or city driving.

- Good local knowledge and ability to follow GPS.

- Experience working in a grocery store.
